this week my class and I went to the zoo to draw some animals for a drawing we are suppose to do for class. these are studies i did of a giraffe. enjoy.

printmaking trip!

today was the very best day i have had in a very long time. my sister, my friend and i went with my print class to a print fare in Cleveland which was amazing! we saw a lot of amazing prints that were beautiful and way out of my prince range but i was awesome to even stand close to some of these prints. after we went to the morgan conservatory which is a paper making studio and everyone there was so nice and happy and it just made you want to stay there forever. hello paper+ coca cola= one very happy me. so check out there website hereand here are some pictures of my day. i just feel so lucky to do something i love and i just wanted to share some of it with you.

i am kinda obsessed with milly by michelle smith this collection with the barrett hats, sweaters ,and coats it the fall wardrobe i would want if i lived in France. is it a cliché? maybe but so cute.

my sister just bought his new album and i listen to the killers all that much but this album was amazing my favorite song is only the young and the duet with jenny lewis called hard enough is also pretty amazing.  the album is mellow but in an uplifting way and it still has that vegas vibe that sams town had so all in all a pretty great record.

my favorite kind of music is punk. yes yes i love the rawness of iggy pop. the fast guitar playing of the ramones, the clash and the sex pistols too. debbie harry is my personal style icon for pretty much everything and tina from the talking heads for her awesomeness to prove that a girl does not have to be sexy to rock. which i LOVE she rocked harder than the guys which i love. so thanks cbgb's for bring me this music that i love to listen to.

yes i have been sucked in too. her style is amazing! skinny belts, dresses, sweaters, and jackets. so perfect for fall that yesterday went shopping for a skinny belt. if you want to see more of her awesome style i suggest you go over to tnt.tv and watch full episodes.

my sister just got the digital download for the new jenny and johnny album and let me tell you it's the perfect fall album. every song put you in the greatest mood ever! it's an album you have to listen to all the way though not just pick and choose because your just hurting yourself in the long run. this is the only other cd that i love every song in it. so if your still on the fence.... go get it you'll be glad you did!!!
